Madison Mueller, a graduate of Whitewater High School, competed for Mercer in the Southern Conference track and field championship meet this month at Western Carolina University.
She placed third overall in the 400-meter hurdles, earning All-Conference honors and setting a new personal record and school record in the event.
She was also a member of the 4×400-meter relay team which finished fourth.
