Fayette Senior Services will host Brain Health University Monday, Dec. 14, 1:30-2:30 p.m. at its Peachtree City location (Gathering Place, 203 McIntosh Trail).

Meghan Lowry with Heritage presents monthly classes of Brain Health University that demonstrates that brain health and cognitive engagement can be pursued through an assortment of experiences and lifestyle choices. Each month join in for a series of exercises and games that help sharpen the mind.

This class will focus on cognitive exercises that are good for the brain. Though games like Memory Tips, Numerical Acrobatics, and Edgar’s Garage Recall exercise, see how puzzles and activities can help maintain memory for longer.
