Fayette Senior Services is hosting “The Guilt Trip” Friday, Nov. 13, 12:30-4 p.m. at its Fayetteville location (The Life Enrichment Center, 4 Center Drive).

“When did the roles reverse? I wasn’t prepared for this moment. How do I honor my loved one’s wishes and still keep them safe? I thought they had this all planned out. I promised to never put them in a home, but now what do I do?”

Does this sound like a conversation that has gone through your head? If you are a spouse, caregiver, or adult child of an aging parent of someone whose care needs are growing, join Beth Dow with Home Helpers Home Care as she gives insight on how to navigate through the hard decisions of making decisions that are best for your loved ones without the guilt.

The program is free but pre-registration is required at 770-461-0813 or register@fayss.org (include name, phone number and event title). FSS members and non-members welcome. For more information, visit www.fayss.org.
