0Renowned storyteller Donald Davis will perform in Peachtree City during a three-part event that includes fun, food, and learning.
The Southern Crescent Storytellers and Friends of the Peachtree City Library are presenting a “Storytelling workshop, Gala and Concert” on Sunday, Jan. 25, at the Saville Art Studio, 401 Dividend Dr. in Peachtree City.
The workshop will begin at 2 p.m. At 5 p.m., participants will have a catered dinner, and at 6:30 p.m., Davis will perform a storytelling concert.
Tickets are $15 for the workshop, dinner and concert package.
Davis’ humorous, heartwarming style and stories are reminiscent of the oral interpretations of Mark Twain and other unforgettable oral historians. Davis is one of the most popular performers on today’s storytelling circuit.
