Ten talented student musicians from Fayette County were selected to participate in the highly-esteemed North Georgia Honor Orchestra.
The annual event brings together exceptional pre-college string musicians from across northern Georgia to develop and refine advanced technical and musical skills. The students had the privilege of learning and rehearsing under the direction of faculty from the Kennesaw State University (KSU) Bailey School of Music.
The rigorous rehearsal schedule culminated in a public performance on October 11 in Morgan Hall. The Honor Orchestra performed alongside the KSU Symphony, directed by Dr. Nathaniel Parker, showcasing the hard work and dedication of Fayette County’s finest young string players.
