Broncos build leadership skills with Chick-fil-A

In partnership with Truett’s Luau, the Broncos are learning all about the impacting the community. Bennett’s Mill Middle is one of only 100 schools nationwide participating in the Chick-fil-A Leadership Academy program. 

Chick-fil-A Leadership Academy is a challenge-based leadership character program. Over the course of 5 sessions, students focus on the motto “A leader GIVES.” GIVES stands for Gratitude, Integrity, Vision, Empathy, and Service. 

For a service project, program participants packaged books and delivered them to Cleveland Elementary, along with handwritten notes from the team. Last year’s pilot program was such a success that they will be kicking off a new edition soon.
