Whitewater High School to host winterguard competition

Whitewater High School Band is excited to host the SAPA Winter Guard Competition on Saturday, January 25th, in the Whitewater High School gym. The event will feature performances from over 50 groups, ranging from high school to college level, showcasing their incredible talent throughout the day.

Winter Guard is an indoor color guard activity that combines the artistry of dance, the precision of choreography, and the visual impact of equipment work using flags, sabers, and rifles. It’s a dynamic and creative performance sport that captivates audiences with its blend of music, movement, and storytelling.

The competition begins at 10:00 AM, and tickets are $12. Tickets can be purchased at the door or in advance on GoFan.
