Tammie Golden, 59, of Peachtree City, Georgia, passed away January 28, 2023. She was born on November 6, 1963, in Eufaula, Alabama, to Bobby and Gwen Scott.
Tammie graduated from Troy University with a bachelor’s degree in marketing. She was the vice president of her sorority Phi Mu. Tammie owned a small business in Senoia, Georgia, Unhinged Lifestyle Boutique. She served on several committees in Senoia and was very involved in the community.
Tammie is survived by her loving husband, Larry Golden; children, Nicole (Matthew) Oglesby, and Kennon Golden; grandson, Noah Scott Oglesby; parents, B.B. and Gwen Scott; sister, Angie Huetson; brothers, Troy (Trish) Scott, and Bobby (Heather) Scott; as well as extended family and friends.
A funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM on Friday, February 3, 2023, at One Church, Fayetteville. The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM on Thursday, February 2, 2023, at the funeral home. Interment will follow the service at Westminster Memorial Gardens, Peachtree City.
