Clothes Less Traveled welcomes Kimber Huff as Chief Impact Officer

CLT Board of Directors announces the appointment of Kimber Huff in the newly created position of Chief Impact Officer effective January 3, 2022. Kimber will also participate in the organization’s Board of Directors.

Kimber Huff is an enthusiastic go-getter with extensive experience in communications and nonprofits. Often considered a visionary, Kimber pinpoints needs, identifies relevant goals, then creates and implements solution-based plans to help nonprofits achieve their missions and meaningfully connect with stakeholders. As a leader, she desires to empower others to fulfill their potential.

Recently relocated to this area, Kimber and her family are enjoying Southern hospitality and milder weather. Kimber is excited to join the CLT team and looks forward to serving with the board and staff to help CLT reach new levels of growth and effectiveness.

Clothes Less Traveled Thrift Store has been a cornerstone in the community for over 25 years. Empowered by the generosity of its people – CLT shares God’s love by reinvesting proceeds from donations into local charities. Since their humble beginnings in 1997, over $7 million has been reinvested in our community through grants and scholarships.

  1. How can someone be a ‘Chief’ Impact Officer if there is ONLY ONE such person in the afore named organization? Doesn’t the use of the word ‘Chief’ imply the presence or existence of other ‘underlings’ or ‘worker bees’ – so to speak? 😜
