CLT Board of Directors announces the appointment of Kimber Huff in the newly created position of Chief Impact Officer effective January 3, 2022. Kimber will also participate in the organization’s Board of Directors.
Kimber Huff is an enthusiastic go-getter with extensive experience in communications and nonprofits. Often considered a visionary, Kimber pinpoints needs, identifies relevant goals, then creates and implements solution-based plans to help nonprofits achieve their missions and meaningfully connect with stakeholders. As a leader, she desires to empower others to fulfill their potential.
Recently relocated to this area, Kimber and her family are enjoying Southern hospitality and milder weather. Kimber is excited to join the CLT team and looks forward to serving with the board and staff to help CLT reach new levels of growth and effectiveness.

How can someone be a ‘Chief’ Impact Officer if there is ONLY ONE such person in the afore named organization? Doesn’t the use of the word ‘Chief’ imply the presence or existence of other ‘underlings’ or ‘worker bees’ – so to speak? 😜
