A recent review by SmartAsset of the best employee benefits in Georgia counties showed Fayette County ranking No. 3 in the survey.
SmartAsset.com analyzed data on four factors to determine the Georgia counties with the best employee benefits. Those factors included the unemployment rate, the percentage of residents contributing to employer retirement accounts, the cost of living and the percentage of the population with employer health insurance.
The data showed Fayette County ranking No. 3 in the state, behind Forsyth County at No. 1 and Oconee County at No.2.
Rounding out the remainder of the Top 10 counties in Georgia were:
No. 4 – Columbia County
No. 5 – Cherokee County
No. 6 – Lee County
No. 7 – Coweta County
No. 8 – Harris County
No 9 – Morgan County
No. 10 – Cobb County
