The boys’ teams from Starr’s Mill and McIntosh have advanced to the AAAAA semifinals in the GHSA tennis tournament.
Starr’s Mill defeated Carrollton and will face the Buford-Ola winner to determine who plays for the championship.
McIntosh topped Chamblee and will play the Flowery Branch-Statesboro winner in the other bracket.
The Starr’s Mill girls lost to Kell in the quarterfinal round.
The semifinals are scheduled to be played by May 8. The championships are May 12.
