Sarah Carillo, 13, with Peach State Throwers of Fayetteville, won the state championship in both the girls discus and shot put at the USATF Georgia Junior Olympics Track and Field meet at Carrollton High School.
She along with other team members are competing this week at the USATF Region 4 meet at the University of North Florida in Jacksonville.
