Gerardo Valdez of Newnan earned second place at the 2016 Georgia State Undergraduate Research Conference. Other local students who presented their findings included Alison Dees of Senoia, David Johnson of Fayetteville, and Austin Lowe of Peachtree City.
Joshua Phillips of Fayetteville received the Outstanding Award in International Business from Mercer University’s Eugene W. Stetson School of Business and Economics at the recent annual Honors Convocation.
