The Coweta County Sheriff’s Office has released a rendering and BOLO (be on the lookout) for the man and his vehicle involved in a March 29 attempt to entice a 13-year-old male near the soccer fields on Robinson Lake Road in east Coweta.
Sheriff’s investigators said the BOLO issued on March 29 involved an older white man with dark hair and a clean-shaven “squished-up” face and driving an older white Chevy Silverado with damage to the passenger’s side who was seen near the park and soccer fields in the vicinity of Robinson Lake Road.
Sheriff’s investigators have now released an artist’s rendering of the suspect.
Investigators said the man attempted to entice a 13-year-old boy to get in his vehicle.
Investigators said the victim’s younger brother obtained a partial license plate number – “JXL80.”
The victim said the man “looked upset” when he refused to enter the vehicle and immediately drove away from the area, investigators said.
Sgt. Jason Fetner said a security check was initiated for the area.
