A Peachtree City man was arrested March 9 on charges of robbery by intimidation involving a man from whom he reportedly stole $120.
Tracy A. Isbell, 20, was charged with robbery by intimidation, according to Fayette County jail records.
The incident occurred on Woodsdale Drive off Ga. Highway 74 North, according to Peachtree City Police Department spokesman Mark Brown.
Police records said the incident occurred at approximately 3:30 p.m. on March 9. The victim and Isbell knew each other and were in a vehicle when Isbell, who was in the passenger seat, turned and told the victim to “give me the money.”
The victim told officers he complied and gave Isbell $120. The victim said he gave Isbell the money because he felt intimidated and could have possibly sustained bodily injury had he not complied.
Commenting on the incident, Lt. Matt Myers there was no weapon reported to be involved, nor any threat of a weapon.
