Northgate is the AAAAA state cheerleading champion. The team won the title last weekend at the GHSA state competition in Columbus.
Team members include Nicole Ball, Ashlynn Bennett, Kirsten Brown, Sarah Cook, Korey Elliott, Annalise Estes, McKinley Fohrman, Brielle Geres, Sydney Greer, Kaleigh Gunn, Carlin Marchbanks, Claire Propst, Ansley Queen, Leia Robinson, Aly Scruggs, Taylor Scruggs, Kasey Stanley, Cassidy Thompson, Meghan Vatave and Jada Ware.
The head coach is Sarah Frazier and the assistant coach is Jori Young.
