Starr’s Mill 49, Forest Park 18
The Panthers dominated the line of scrimmage, racking up 399 yards on the ground with 27 first downs. Rico Frye ran for 198 yards and two touchdowns. His 47-yard scoring run put the Panthers up 42-6 in the middle of the second quarter. Mitch Prowant ran for two touchdowns while Dion Munerlyn, Connor Morgan and Joey DeLuca had one score each. Whitaker Chu converted all seven extra points.
Lumpkin County 40, Our Lady of Mercy 14
The Bobcats’ Victor Cross returned the opening kickoff 75 yards for a touchdown, but Lumpkin County scored the next 33 points before Charlie Feldner connected with Javon Henderson on a 22-yard score in the fourth quarter. Trey Robinson gained 129 yards on only eight carries for the Bobcats.
Central-Carroll 20, Fayette County 14
The Tigers kept it close with a pair of third-quarter scores to tie the game. Makenzie Stills threw touchdown passes of 61 and 32 yards to Anthonie Powell. Central did not complete a pass the entire game but outgained Fayette County on the ground 204-22.
Mundy’s Mill 28, McIntosh 9
The Chiefs got into the end zone in the fourth quarter on H. Best’s 14-yard pass to J. Ahmed, who led the team in rushing (42 yards) and receiving (40 yards). P. Romo kicked a 40-yard field goal in the second quarter.
Landmark 35, Josey 13
The scoring for the War Eagles was handled mostly by quarterback Stockton McGuire’s three touchdowns and two more from running back Lofton Tidwell, who now has more than 700 rushing yards in three games. Defensive lineman Dylan Gabrielson led the team in sacks and tackles for loss, while Kyle Ferguson and Nicolas Toomer each picked off a pass.
Northgate 56, Morrow 0
The Vikings roared to a 28-0 first-quarter lead and never looked back. Turner Hughes scored on runs of 44 and 14 yards and Kyle Cater added a pair of rushing touchdowns. Nick Carter caught a 39-yard touchdown pass from Kyle McLaren and Ton Evans scored on a 44-yard run. The defense got two touchdowns of its own on interception returns, 70 yards by Clayton Francisco and 29 yards by Cameron Ramsey. Northgate has outscored its opponents 204-6 in four games.

The Wildcats were shut out for the second straight week and fell to 1-3 on the season.
