The choirs of Georgia Singers present their Spring Concert Sunday, May 17, at 6 p.m. at the First United Methodist Church in Fayetteville, 175 E. Lanier Ave. There are two choirs for young women in seventh grade through post-college.
The concert features sacred music from Renaissance to modern, serious secular contemporary music, and Broadway arrangements. The group is accompanied by Rick Massengale at the piano and assorted instrumentalists.
The concert is free and open to the public. Donations are accepted.
Young singers may audition for next season by contacting the director, Dr. Franklin Green, at 770-631-9966.
