The Starr’s Mill High School Tip Off Club will host its 15th annual 3-on-3 basketball tournament and skills competition Monday, Jan. 19. Cost is $60 per team.
Competition is for players in grades third through eighth, and format changes this year will allow teams to play with minimal wait time between games.
Each team is guaranteed a minimum of three games, and finals in each age group will be refereed by coaches and/or adult volunteers.
Concessions will be available for purchase during the tournament at Rising Starr and Starr’s Mill gymnasiums.
Games will be at those locations, while the skills competition will be at the Peeples Elementary gym.
Winning teams and individual skills winners will be announced at the halftime of the McIntosh-Starr’s Mill game scheduled for Jan. 23.
Registration forms can be accessed at www.starrsmillbasketball.org and teams can also register the day of the tournament.
