0The Fayette County Lady Tigers cruised into the quarterfinals of the GHSA state basketball tournament with a 43-25 win over Grady at home Monday night. They will travel to Redan Wednesday.
The Starr’s Mill Lady Panthers closed out their season Monday night with a 67-43 loss to Effingham County in the second round of the state tournament. They finished with a 20-8 overall record.
