If it’s September, it’s time for fall fun in Coweta County.
The 2013 Kiwanis Coweta County Fair will be open through Sept. 28 at the Fairgrounds on Pine Road. Hours for the fair are:
Friday, Sept. 20: 5 p.m. – midnight
Saturday, Sept. 21: noon – midnight
Sunday, Sept. 22: 2 p.m. – 10 p.m.
Monday,September 23 – Thursday, September 26: 5 p.m. – 11 p.m.
Friday, Sept. 27: 5 p.m. – midnight
Saturday, Sept. 28: noon – 12 midnight
The Petting Zoo closes nightly at 9 p.m. The Exhibit Hall and Ag building close nightly at 10 p.m.
Gate admission is $5; children under 6 are free with paid adult admission
Armbands are available for purchase at the fair on the midway during designated times only for $25. The armbands allow unlimited rides during specific times on the day of issue only.
Individual tickets for rides are available during normal fair hours. Cost of rides varies.
