Summer concerts are heating up in Peachtree City, Fayetteville

If it’s almost summer, you know music will soon be heard in the county’s two premier music venues. Kicking off the season June 7 in Fayetteville is a mainstay on country music radio, Vince Gill. Gill is a highly acclaimed and diverse country artist who was also seen hosting the CMA awards show for twelve consecutive years. Over the last 25 years, he has had multiple platinum albums and Top 10 singles. Gill will be singing many of those greatest hits that night including, “The Reason Why”, “The Next Big Thing”, and “I Still Believe in You”.
Tickets to individual concerts range from $15 – $65. Tables for eight are available in the orchestra pit, and special tables are sold in the boxes of the tiered section.

2013 marks the 16th anniversary of the World Classic Rockers who have earned the reputation as the World’s Greatest Rock and Roll All-Star Band. On June 8, they will take the stage at “The Fred” Amphitheater In Peachtree City. Featuring former members of rock super-groups, Aynsley Dunbar (Journey), Michael Monarch & Nick St. Nicholas (Steppenwolf), Fran Cosmo (Boston), Greg Walker (Santana), Randall Hall (Lynyrd Skynyrd), the group combines the talents of some of the most prominent musicians to ever grace the stage.

This will be the third time that the World Classic Rockers have appeared at “The Fred.” Always, a crowd favorite, the band is back again for another encore performance.
And once again, the band will be incorporating a select group of local musicians selected by the Fred staff from the community to perform two songs onstage with the band during the show. This lucky group of musicians will also be attending Fantasy Camp with the rockers during the day, sharing lunch and some great musical tips.
Limited reserved tickets are still available for the show, and prices range from $50-$55 for reserved seating.
All gold, terrace and picnic tables are sold out as well as lawn seating.
