0The annual Shakerag Arts and Crafts Festival returns this weekend, Sept. 15 & 16.
Festival hours are Saturday, 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. and Sunday, noon – 5 p.m. at Shakerag Knoll on McIntosh Trail (by The Frederick Brown Jr. Amphitheater).
Shop for unique, hand-made arts and crafts offerings from over 120 vendors from around the country. Great fair food and a kids section with a funky hair design artist, balloon artist, moonwalk, basketball, and photo option through Scarecrow face board.
This year, Shakerag will offer a variety of vendors from around Georgia and the south, with unique items that include pottery, paintings, ceramics, clothing, florals, pet accessories, and jewelry.
There will be performances on Saturday, 11 a.m. – 3 p.m. courtesy of Rachel’s Dance Connection.
An ATM will be available at the event for patrons’ convenience.
Parking and admission are free.
