Quilters Guild of the Southern Crescent invites the community to Sit and Sew for Charity. They will be sewing Friday August 3, from 10 a.m.-5 p.m., in the Floy-Farr Meeting Room (lower level) of the Peachtree City Library. No experience necessary. Come work on one of the projects available or bring your own. Quilters Guild of the Southern Crescent provides quilts for Quilts of Valor, Promise Place, and the Alzheimer’s Art Initiative, to name a few. Be sure to tour the Peachtree City Library to view our Quilt Display and see our spectacular 2012 Fund Raiser Quilt. Raffle tickets will be available for purchase.
