On January 19, the Konos Academy cast of Gilbert and Sullivan’s “The Mikado” performed songs from the show at the Fayetteville Dwarf House. In addition to this performance, the Fayetteville Dwarf House also has supported the Konos students through car washes, all to raise money for their April trip to Washington, D.C. Konos Academy is a non-traditional, accredited High School in Fayetteville.

“The Mikado” will be performed February 2 – 3, 7 p.m. at New Hope Baptist Church, South Campus, at the corner of Hwy 74 and Hwy 85, south of Fayetteville and Peachtree City. This family-friendly show and classic farce tells a story of love and deception in ancient Japan among blood-thirsty nobles and bumbling bureaucrats. Tickets are only $5 at the door.
