All Saints Anglican Church in Peachtree City will conduct its annual free children’s Music Camp July 11-15. The featured theme, “Sing To The Lord A New Song,” will be evident in traditional hymns and praise songs, as well as scripture verses and messages.

Curriculum for the camp is a potpouri of music, singing, dancing, and instruction in various instruments, composition, and art. It also features contests, games and snacks. No previous experience is required.

The program is intended for children ages 4-11. Last summer’s camp graduated over 100 children, so those interested are encouraged to register early in order to be accepted.

This summer’s new additions to the program include a vocal lab and aworship dance lab. Children will have the chance to experience and experiment with many types of musical instruments.

Parents and friends will be invited to the “grand finale” and graduating presentation at noon on July 15 when the children will demonstrate what they have learned.

Examples of songs planned include such classics as “Blessed be Your Name,“ “Give Us Clean Hearts,” and “I Sing a Song of the Saints of God.”

The camp is scheduled for 9 a.m.- 12 p.m. daily at the church at 225 South Peachtree Parkway. To sign up, call the church, 770-486-5374, or visit the church website, ptcanglican.org/registration.php.
