0Piedmont Fayette WLA Toastmaster Lynn Roberts received her Competent Communicator (CC) Award on Mar. 18 after completing her 10th speech. The Piedmont Fayette WLA Toastmaster chartered March 24, 2009. Roberts is the first in the Piedmont Fayette Toastmasters chapter to receive her CC. Toastmasters International is the world’s largest educational organization specializing in communication and leadership training.
