The 2010 Cattle Barons’ Ball plans to kick up its’ heels again this year at the Dolce Atlanta -Peachtree on Saturday, Nov. 6. This will be the eight year for the annual Western-style ball that to date has raised over a million dollars for the local office of the American Cancer Society. The office in Peachtree City serves over 1,400 newly diagnosed patients each year in the 12 county area of the Southern Crescent.

Krista Burruss, co-chair for this year’s ball and a breast cancer survivor herself said, “People never imagine that this disease will touch their lives. It takes everyone by surprise. I know how the services that the ACS provide can be invaluable while you are fighting this disease. We are committed to doing our part to find a cure for others.”

This year’s ball, with a theme of “Cowboy Up for a Cure” will feature music by Crystal & the Cruizers, food, games, and a silent auction.
This year’s ball is sponsored by Brent Scarborough & Company.

Sponsorships are still being accepted at this time. For more information about sponsorships, donations or tickets, contact Michelle Blose, senior community manager 770-631-0635 or visit www.BaronsBall.com.
