The first event will be the Lighting of the Hanukkah Menorah with Rabbi Harkavy, planned for Sunday, Dec. 6,  from 5  – 6 p.m. at the Fountain in Heritage Park (by the county offices near downtown Fayetteville).

Refreshments, crafts, singing, and retelling of the Hanukkah story will begin at 5 p.m.

The second event will be the Lighting of the Hanukkah menorah at 6 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 9 from 5:30 – 8 p.m. at Barnes & Noble in Newnan, 342 Newnan Crossing Bypass. The events will feature songs, the story of Hanukkah and menorah lighting.
