Members of the Stix Ministry at Word of God Lutheran Church were presented with a cross in their honor during the worship service on Sunday morning, Dec. 14. The Stix Ministry, under the direction of Andi Laaker, performs using wooden dowels that are choreographed to the music of Christian and patriotic songs. The metal cross was hand forged by members of Word Of God Cross Ministry Russ Crawford, Ken Griffin, and Bert Laaker.
