Midwest Food Bank Georgia to Host Annual Harvest of Blessings Fundraising Dinner on October 24

Midwest Food Bank Georgia will host its annual Harvest of Blessings fundraising dinner on Friday, October 24, at 6:00 PM at the Commemorative Air Force (CAF) Airbase in Peachtree City, GA. This special evening will bring together community members, supporters, and partners to celebrate the impact of Midwest Food Bank and raise critical funds to fight hunger across Georgia and the Southeastern United States.

Guests will enjoy a catered dinner, inspiring program, and both silent and live auctions featuring exclusive, one-of-a-kind experiences. Funds raised will support the sourcing and distribution of nutritious food to over 250 nonprofit partner agencies across 50+ counties, all at zero cost to them. These partners serve over 260,000 individuals annually, including children, seniors, and families in crisis.

Midwest Food Bank Georgia also plays a vital role in disaster relief, partnering with The Salvation Army to provide Family Food Boxes and emergency supplies within 48–72 hours after hurricanes, tornadoes, and other disasters across the Southeast.

“Harvest of Blessings is more than a fundraiser—it’s a celebration of hope, generosity, and community impact,” said Lisa Ivaska, Community Relations Manager at Midwest Food Bank Georgia. “Every dollar raised helps us provide food, relief, and dignity to those who need it most.”
