Daryl Buettner, 69

Mr. Daryl Buettner, age 69, of Miami, passed away Saturday, August 16, 2025, at Northshore Medical Center in Miami, following a brief illness. He was a lifelong resident of Miami and enjoyed eating at his favorite places like Burger King, IHOP, and Denny’s. Daryl also enjoyed talking about family memories, playing guitar, and singing like Jimmy Buffet. Mr. Daryl was preceded in death by his mother, Carol Alice Williams; father, Bert E. Buettner; and three brothers, Gary Edward Buettner, Ricky John Buettner, and Jeffrey Michael Buettner. Mr. Daryl is survived by two sisters, Kaye Braemer and husband Daniel of Senoia, and Sharron Chaar of Ocala, Florida; two nephews, Todd Barfield and Kai Braemer; and four nieces, Mindy Jose, Angie Moore, Tammy Barfield, and Tracy Braemer. The family will accept friends at the funeral home on Sunday afternoon from 2:00 until 2:30. The graveside funeral service will be held Sunday, September 7th at 4:00 pm at Reedy Creek Full Gospel Church Cemetery in Lyons. The arrangements have been entrusted to Wilke Funeral Home of Vidalia.
