The life of a high school student-athlete is non-stop, but Kabarri Huff is still making time to help his community. Huff, a junior at Fayette County High, is juggling school and sports while also volunteering as a youth soccer coach.

The Fayette County Youth Soccer League was in need of coaches, so they reached out to the FCHS program to see if any players could help. Huff stepped up, and he is coaching with the U6 team

Huff rides his bike from the west side of Fayetteville all the way to McCurry Park for practice and on Saturday for games.

FCHS coach Derek Presley has been preaching giving back, and he is thrilled Huff heard him.

“Remarkable, the selflessness he displays at 16,” said Presley.
