Lorena Fay Norred, 93, of Fayetteville, Georgia, passed away December 17, 2021. She was born on November 29, 1928, to the late Charlie and Mamie Teague.
Lorena was a devoted and dedicated Christian. She was a wonderful mother, “Grandma” to her grandchildren, and “Gigi” to her great-grandchildren, as well as a dedicated and loyal friend.
Lorena is survived by her children, Fay Norred, Connie Davis, Carol Wilcox, and Guy Wilcox; her grandchildren, Ryan (Tagen) Wilcox, Britney (Jonathan) Carter, and Cody (Kristen) Wilcox; her great-grandchildren, Cameron, Caelan, Kendyll, Kaleesi, and Charlie; and her sister, Linda Johnson.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, December 22, 2021, at the Chapel of Mowell Funeral Home, Fayetteville. The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM prior to the service at the funeral home. Interment will follow the service at College Park Cemetery, College Park.
