Fayette author Mark Wallace Maguire’s novel, “Alexandria Rising” is now available as an audiobook.
It can be listened to on Amazon devices and purchased through amazon.com and audible.com.
“Alexandria Rising” is the first book in Maguire’s highly acclaimed “Alexandria Rising Chronicles.” The book is a Kindle number one best-seller and netted Maguire honors including Independent Author of The Year Finalist and Georgia Author of The Year nominee.
The book is narrated by Thomas Cassidy, an Englishman with over ten titles under his belt. The two began jointly working on the project in November 2019.
“Thomas did a phenomenal job capturing the characters, tone and pacing of the book and really brought it to life,” Maguire said.
In addition the Alexandria Rising Chronicles, Maguire is the author of three other books including a fantasy novel and the non fiction book, “Confessions of a Special Needs Dad.”
Maguire has volunteered in Fayette’s literary community the last several years by teaching classes at the Fayette County Library to adults and to young authors.
He is scheduled to teach a class again this summer, but developments with Covid-19 are moving the class to a virtual setting. He is working with the library to develop a plan to announce by mid-June.
