Lady Cyclists Invited to Spin Off April 13

The Ladies on Spokes cycling group (some members shown above) will hold their annual Spin Off on Saturday, April 13, at 9:30 a.m. at the Turin Community Center in Turin.

The annual Spin Off is an opportunity for cyclist to meet other ladies who have a love for cycling and want to meet others to ride with. 

Turin Community Center is located at 28 South Hunter Street in Turin (tell your GPS it’s in Senoia). All lady riders are welcome; age and ability are not a factor. Come join the fun! Bring your bike, helmet and a water bottle. The Spin Off starts at 9:30 a.m., a light breakfast will be served before heading out on rides of various lengths, based on interest and ability. Ladies on Spokes is a non-profit Christian women’s club which was formed to promote the sport of bicycle cycling in the Coweta and Fayette County areas. This club exists to enrich the lives of women by uniting them together in order to support one another with love and acceptance, encouraging each other to become physically fit, sharing the love of Christ with all those around us, and to meet the needs of others whenever possible.

LOS has group rides most days of the week and occasionally in the early evenings for ladies who work or are busy Mom’s who are not available to cycle during the day. LOS has ladies of all ages and abilities and the group prides themselves on watching out for one another and never leaving a rider behind.
