Air conditioning units and other items were stolen on May 19 from new homes located on Ebenezer Road in central Fayette County.
Sheriff Barry Babb said deputies were alerted to the thefts at the unoccupied homes by a real estate agent in the early afternoon hours.
Babb said the outside air conditioning were stolen, along with a dishwasher, a rug and other items which were located in the model home.
