Basketball camp for kids at Kedron

The Kedron Kids Basketball Camp is for boys and girls 6-10 years of age who want to have fun and learn about basketball. It is designed to teach campers the “right” way to play. Improving, learning the fundamentals and having fun are the objectives of this camp.

Campers will learn ball handling, triple threat, passing, rebounding, court spacing and defense. Coaches will teach skills and sportsmanship while emphasizing a positive attitude on and off the court. Campers will participate in full-court games and contests in which there will be prizes for each age group.

There will be designed swim times each day of camp at the Kedron small pool.

Every camper will receive a trophy and a T-shirt.

Camp is scheduled for July 31-Aug. 3, 1:30-5 p.m. each day at Kedron Fieldhouse and Aquatic Center.

Cost is $105 for residents with an additional 25 percent for out-of-county participants, and $10 multi-child discounts are available.
