Basics of Islam to be discussed at Summit dinner Jan. 22

Emad Hamid, his wife Basma Elashker, and Amani Elghoroury from The Islamic Speaker’s Bureau will be the guest speakers at The Summit Church’s Family Matters Dinner on Jan.  22,  at 6 p.m. They will share the basics of the Islamic faith.

The Family Matters Dinner program meets three times a year — fall, winter, and spring. This series is designed for the community to gather around topics of interest to all families. The theme this year is “Seeing Our Neighbors  Through God’s Eyes.”
