Bundle up the family on the golf cart and head over to The Fred for the annual Hometown Holiday scheduled for Saturday, Dec. 3.

This is a free community show and starts at 5 p.m., with gates opening at 4:30.

Entertainment will be a mix of community talent including performances by the Peachtree Wind Ensemble, Georgia Academy of Dance, Lisa Kelly, Lisa Kelly singers and dancers from the Kelly Porter Dance Academy.  Lisa Kelly will be the special guest host for the evening.

There will be plenty of homemade goodies for sale as well as beverages and hot dogs. Kids and families can even roast marshmallows and make their own s ’mores.

The program wraps us with a crowd sing-along, and then Santa leads the way along the Trail of Lights as the whole procession continues on to City Hall for the lighting of the tree. At Drake Field, children can visit with Santa in his tent, add their talent to the coloring wall, and participate in holiday crafts. Complimentary refreshments will also be available.
