Fayette County citizens are invited to a public meeting to explore Fayette County community interest in expanding the public use of Starr’s Mill and the 17 acres associated with it.

At present Starr’s Mill is a community park open daily for fishing and picnics. The famous historical red mill house is normally open once a year to the public.

The meeting will take place Thursday, Nov. 17, at 11 a.m. at Starr’s Mill on Hwy. 85 south of Fayetteville and just north of Hwy. 74.

If you can not attend but would like to make a comment or recommendation, send an email to [email protected] and include your name, phone and email contacts.
