Mrs. Jettie Ruth Davis, 81 of Peachtree City, Ga. passed away on September 7, 2016 at her son’s residence.
She was a flight attendant for Eastern Airlines for many years. Jettie later went on to care for others at Clayton General Hospital as a registered nurse. She always put the need of others before her own. She is preceded in death by her husband, Bill Davis; son Charles “Chuck” Davis; brothers, Bobby Naler and Johnny Naylor.
She is survived by her son, Jeffrey and Heather Davis of Peachtree City; sister, Patsy and Bob Bates; grandson, Chadwick and Hailey Davis.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, September 12, 2016, at 11 a.m. in the Chapel of Mowell Funeral Home, Peachtree City. Pastor John Weber and Brother Earl Randall will officiate. Burial will follow at Westminster Memorial Gardens, Peachtree City. The family will receive friends and family on Sunday, September 11, 2016 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Funeral Home.
