The Peachtree City PTB Seadogs, a 15U travel baseball team, won the USSSA Summer Series tournament in mid-July at Sandy Creek High School.

After winning their Saturday pool games by a combined score of 17-2, the squad beat a very good Foundation Sports team 6-3 Sunday in the semifinal.

Following a short break, the Seadogs faced a tough Canes club out of Cumming in the championship game. Led by the strong pitching of Brian Port and solid defense, the Seadogs plated 2 runs in their last at-bat to take the title, 5-3.

On the back row, from left, are David Rowan, Kevin Hunt, Jacob Pittman, Harrison Riley, Andrew Fry, Brian Port, Dakota Rowan, Manager Mike O’Brien and Ed Nuqui.

On the front row are Sean Regan, Ethan Nuqui, RJ Romuno, Jacob O’Brien and Jackson Hunt.
