Chorale to perform May 14

The Southern Crescent Chorale makes its 13th appearance at the Southern Ground Amphitheater with the music of Frank Sinatra at the “Ol Blue Eyes” concert Saturday, May 14, at 8 p.m.

The 70-voice choir will fill the evening air with your favorite Sinatra hits like “Come Fly with Me,” “My Way,” “That’s Life,” “The Best Is Yet to Come” and “New York, New York.”  The Chorale will be accompanied by an eight-piece jazz band and will be joined by popular local soloist Ant Murphy, owner of The Georgia Shrimp Company in Peachtree City.

Doors open at 7 p.m. so come early and enjoy concessions provided by Fayetteville Dwarf House or enjoy your own picnic before the show begins.  Tickets are $20 for adults and $15 for students and seniors (60 and up).  Tickets are $25 at the door.  Purchase tickets from any Chorale member, at Main Street Fayetteville office at the old Courthouse, at the Fayetteville Library, or at www.southerncrescentchorale.org.
