Here are the events planned for March at the Senoia Library.
“Spring Greetings”: Thursday, March 3, 4:30 p.m. (ages 15+) Who doesn’t love receiving a beautiful greeting card for the holidays? This spring, patrons will have the opportunity to make Spring and Easter greeting cards using a variety of paper crafting techniques. Registration is required.
“American Girl Creations”: Thursday, March 10, 4:30 p.m. (ages 6-11) A discussion of the American Girl book “Jess” and why you enjoyed the story. Bring your favorite doll along and show her off. Local artist Katherine Kicklighter will guide you, as you paint a beautiful picture. Refreshments will be served. Registration is required.
“Geocaching 101”: Saturday, March 12, 11 a.m.-1 p.m. (all ages) Join in the fun as members of the Georgia Geocaching Association teaches the basics of Geocaching followed by an outdoor scavenger hunt of the library and the beautiful grounds for a cache. Registration is required.
“Follow the Rainbow to Crafting”: Thursday, March 17, 4:30 p.m. (ages 6- 11 yrs.) Join in the fun to celebrate the luck of the Irish on St. Pat’s Day with a cool wind chime to blow in the breeze on a windy March day. An Irish snack will be served. Registration is required.
“Pinterest Style”: Tuesday, March 15, 4:30 p.m. Come and explore the wonderful world of Pinterest. Every month we will recreate a Pinterest DIY pin. Projects include jewelry, crafts, home décor and more. Registration is required.
