Special healing service planned at COS
Christ Our Shepherd Lutheran Church announces a service of Evening Prayer for Healing for Monday, Oct. 5, at 7 p.m. This simple service will include scriptures, prayers, and Holy Communion. All are welcome. The church is on the corner of Ga. Highway 54 and Peachtree Parkway in Peachtree City.

Ladies night out at Woolsey Baptist
The Ladies Ministry of Woolsey Baptist Church will have a Ladies Night Out on Tuesday, Oct. 6 at 7 p.m.  in the activities room of the church. Evergreen to offer ladies’ Bible study

NFUMC plans 5K race
North Fayette United Methodist Church at 847 New Hope Road will conduct  its 9th Annual “Find Your Way 5K” on Oct. 10. Register for the Grand Prix Race online at www.nfumc.com. Registration fee is $25. Registration is at 8 a.m. with the race starting at 8:30. The Kidz Dash at is 9:30 a.m.
