“Brain Health University” is scheduled for Tuesday, Oct. 13, 1:30-2:30 p.m. hosted by Fayette Senior Services at the Gathering Place, 203 McIntosh Trail in Peachtree City.
Meghan Lowry with Heritage presents monthly classes that demonstrate how brain health and cognitive engagement can be pursued through an assortment of experiences and lifestyle choices. Each month join in for a series of exercises and games that help sharpen the mind. This class will focus on the importance of keeping a good exercise routine to improve cognitive ability to include a progressive exercise for health and memory.
