Georgia author Rachel Ivery will be signing her new book “Daniel, the Fastest Horse” Saturday, June 13, 1-3 p.m. at A Betterway Cafe, 320 Dividend Drive in Peachtree City.
Ivery is a resident of Lizella, Ga.
“Daniel, the horse, is a winner; but winning all the time is making Daniel a loser with his peers, so Daniel decides to lose races to gain his peers’ approval,” according to a brief description of the book.
“Daniel learns that trying can make a winner out of him, even if he loses.”
