0Starr’s Mill High School students attended the “Close-Up” program in Washington D.C. during the week of Jan. 17-23 and attended forums with other students from all over the country. On “Capital Hill Day,” the Starr’s Mill students spent time with U.S. Rep. Lynn Westmoreland (R-District 3), whose congressional district includes a portion of Fayette County.
