Main Street Newnan is excited to usher in the fall event season with its annual Fall Art Walk Sept.19. The free event takes place between 5 p.m. and 9 p.m. in historic downtown Newnan.
During the Art Walk downtown businesses extend their hours to host store front exhibits and demonstrations by a variety of Newnan’s finest artists. Complementary tastings and hors d’oeuvres will be served by some of our local businesses, as well as specials and promotions.
Visitors can expect to stroll through over 30 locations, and see the work of at least 40 artists. Spectators and enthusiasts will find a variety of types of art styles and mediums, including: oil on canvass, engraving, pottery, photography, jewelry-making, fiber arts, performing arts and acrylics. The downtown streets and sidewalks are sure to be filled with unexpected talent and entertainment.
